Red Rose Hearing was extremely professional and explained everything to my understanding. Ryan Horan did a sensational job with my hearing test and explaining the types of hearing aids. I greatly appreciated their kindness and attention to detail.

It is unbelievable how knowledgeable and customer service-oriented the entire staff is. It's a place where "everybody knows your name" with the highest quality of care. Questions are answered; adjustments made; adjustments reversed; all with the same exceptional satisfaction.

The audiologists are very thorough. They explain everything clearly and make sure any questions you may have are answered to your satisfaction.

This is a fantastic place to go to if you have hearing loss and need hearing aids. The staff are pleasant and so helpful. Rose goes the extra mile in dealing with the insurance company too. Maria couldn't be any nicer. They are so willing to help with whatever circumstances you have. I appreciate their patience, kindness and expertise! Definitely recommend!

It is important to not only get the right hearing aid but also to have the right care for the patient. Red Rose is very concerned about their clients.

My experience through the audio exam and the fitting of hearing aids was positive. The aids did not work well with my house maintenance work, so I did not keep them, but I will have another exam in 2 years and will stay with Red Rose Hearing again.

Marie solved my problem in minutes. I thought I was going deaf in my left ear. I did what I could to try to repair my hearing aid, and I though my ears were cleaned so I didn't give it much hope. I left with much need wax guards and batteries and with my hearing back to where it used to be. Rose Tammy and Marie always make you feel comfortable.

Once again Red Rose Hearing comes to the rescue. I called and was quickly scheduled for a repair to one of my hearing aids. A high level of professionalism that you would expect at a University hospital but with a touch of personal caring that is only available at a local audiologist... I have used Dr. Bennawit in the past to get a custom molded aviation headset and her level of care and understanding far exceeded my expectations.

I am a family Physican who took my 96 year old mother to see Dr Brouse for worsening hearing loss. Her evaluation was superb, carefully assessing how her hearing loss has affected her life, and evaluating how her current hearing aids were (or were not) able to meet her needs. She spent ample time to tailor a recommendation for her particular environment. Our treatment was very personal and professional. We left with a high level of confidence in this clinician and practice.
