Ryan Horan, Au.D., FAAA
Dr. Ryan Horan is a native of Lancaster County and graduated from Manheim Township in 1999. From there, he received his B.A. degree from Gettysburg College in 2003 and his Doctor of Audiology degree from Salus Univesity in Elkins Park, PA just outside of Philadelphia.
Dr. Horan specializes in adult amplification, bluetooth technology in hearing aids, tinnitus management and vestibular disorders. He is an active member of the Pennsylvania Academy of Audiology and served as their president in 2015. He is also an active member in the Academy of Doctors of Audiology and the American Academy of Audiology. He loves to expand and grow personally and professionally and is passionate about attending continuing education seminars. Dr. Horan is unique, as he suffers from hearing loss as well.
When not in the office, Dr. Horan loves spending time with his wife, Zoe and their two sons, Henry and Harrison and their dogs, Penny and Russell. He is an avid Penn State football fan, enjoys golfing and working out regularly.
Maria Brouse, Au.D., FAAA
Dr. Maria Brouse’s experience in various clinical settings has given her the expertise and skills necessary for the highest level of hearing health care for the hearing impaired.
Maria holds a bachelor’s degree from Juniata College, a master’s degree from Bloomsburg University, and a doctor of clinical audiology degree from Salus University. Dr. Brouse has been practicing audiology since 2002. Dr. Brouse’s experience in various clinical settings has given her the expertise and skills necessary for the highest level of hearing health care for the hearing impaired. She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the Pennsylvania Academy of Audiology.
Dr. Brouse is also an AAA scholar and is dedicated to keeping current with technology and diagnostics to give the best care for the hearing impaired. Her own experience with unilateral hearing loss helps her better understand the challenges her patients face.
Rose Sauder
Rose will be the one to welcome you to Red Rose Hearing Center when you arrive. She is a familiar face, having worked at Red Rose Hearing Center from the beginning, 1999. She is very loyal to the profession of better hearing and goes the extra step to ensure each patient receives the care and attention they need. As the Office Manager, she enjoys the process of keeping the office running smoothly.
She graduated from Lancaster Mennonite School and Hesston College. Prior to working at Red Rose Hearing Center, she worked at a local otolaryngology office. Rose and her husband, John, live in Leola. They have two married daughters.
Her favorite activities include travelling – her happy place is someplace warm and sunny – hiking and spending time with family.

My wife just received her second pair of hearing aids from Red Rose. Her first pair lasted over 10 years and the new pair she just received has new improvements and she is totally happy. Rechargeable. No batteries to replace.Maria and Rose have both been so good to us over the many years we’ve dealt with them. I would definitely recommend them for your hearing aids.

Once again Red Rose Hearing comes to the rescue. I called and was quickly scheduled for a repair to one of my hearing aids. Tammy quickly and efficiently repaired the faulty part and I was on my way in 10 minutes. Great service, as always, with experts! Prompt and effective help with hearing aid repair. Always pleasant and efficient appointments. Highly qualified. Definitely recommended. Excellent advice and service on new Hearing Aids. Never disappointed, always delighted.

A high level of professionalism that you would expect at a University hospital but with a touch of personal caring that is only available at a local audiologist... I have used Dr. Bennawit in the past to get a custom molded aviation headset and her level of care and understanding far exceeded my expectations.

Marie solved my problem in minutes. I thought I was going deaf in my left ear. I did what I could to try to repair my hearing aid, and I though my ears were cleaned so I didn't give it much hope. I left with much need wax guards and batteries and with my hearing back to where it used to be. Rose Tammy and Marie always make you feel comfortable.
