Experienced Audiologists Serving Lancaster, PA

Maria Brouse, Au.D., FAAA
Dr. Maria Brouse’s experience in various clinical settings has given her the expertise and skills necessary for the highest level of hearing health care for the hearing impaired.
Maria holds a bachelor’s degree from Juniata College, a master’s degree from Bloomsburg University, and a doctor of clinical audiology degree from Salus University. Dr. Brouse has been practicing audiology since 2002. Dr. Brouse’s experience in various clinical settings has given her the expertise and skills necessary for the highest level of hearing health care for the hearing impaired. She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the Pennsylvania Academy of Audiology.
Dr. Brouse is also an AAA scholar and is dedicated to keeping current with technology and diagnostics to give the best care for the hearing impaired. Her own experience with unilateral hearing loss helps her better understand the challenges her patients face.
Zoe Horan, Au. D.
Dr. Horan is a Doctor of Audiology with a Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from Northeastern University, and a Doctorate from Saint John’s University.
Specializing in diagnostics, adult amplification, hearing conservation, assistive technology, and ear mold impressions for musicians, Dr. Horan is dedicated to improving hearing health.
She is an active member of the Pennsylvania Academy of Audiology, American Doctors of Audiology, American Academy of Audiology, and The Junior League of Lancaster.
Rose Sauder
Rose will be the one to welcome you to Red Rose Hearing Center when you arrive. She is a familiar face, having worked at Red Rose Hearing Center from the beginning, 1999. She is very loyal to the profession of better hearing and goes the extra step to ensure each patient receives the care and attention they need. As the Office Manager, she enjoys the process of keeping the office running smoothly.
She graduated from Lancaster Mennonite School and Hesston College. Prior to working at Red Rose Hearing Center, she worked at a local otolaryngology office. Rose and her husband, John, live in Leola. They have two married daughters.
Her favorite activities include travelling – her happy place is someplace warm and sunny – hiking and spending time with family.
Ryan Horan, Au.D., FAAA
Dr. Ryan Horan is a native of Lancaster County and graduated from Manheim Township in 1999. From there, he received his B.A. degree from Gettysburg College in 2003 and his Doctor of Audiology degree from Salus Univesity in Elkins Park, PA just outside of Philadelphia.
Dr. Horan specializes in adult amplification, bluetooth technology in hearing aids, tinnitus management and vestibular disorders. He is an active member of the Pennsylvania Academy of Audiology and served as their president in 2015. He is also an active member in the Academy of Doctors of Audiology and the American Academy of Audiology. He loves to expand and grow personally and professionally and is passionate about attending continuing education seminars. Dr. Horan is unique, as he suffers from hearing loss as well.
When not in the office, Dr. Horan loves spending time with his wife, Zoe and their two sons, Henry and Harrison and their dogs, Penny and Russell. He is an avid Penn State football fan, enjoys golfing and working out regularly.

This is a fantastic place to go to if you have hearing loss and need hearing aids. The staff are pleasant and so helpful. Rose goes the extra mile in dealing with the insurance company too. Maria couldn't be any nicer. They are so willing to help with whatever circumstances you have. I appreciate their patience, kindness and expertise! Definitely recommend!

I have been a patient with Red Rose Hearing for a number of years and just purchased my second set of hearing aids. Maria Brouse used great competence and care in testing and fitting me with hearing aids that best suit my needs. I highly recommend her!
